Information we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, Eventech US receives the name, organization, email address, phone number, event details, service interests, message, and optional brief you choose to provide. We also use limited technical data, such as an IP-based rate-limit key, to reduce form abuse.

How we use and disclose information

We use inquiry information only to review, respond to, plan, and administer the requested project. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to authorized Eventech US site managers and infrastructure providers, such as hosting and email service providers, when needed to operate the inquiry service.

Files, security, and retention

Optional brief files are used only for the email-notification attempt and are deleted from the website server afterward. The written inquiry is stored as a private WordPress record and is not published. We apply access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, project administration, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by contacting pdjoosung@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
